Greece and Bulgaria, two neighboring countries with a rich past, have since the end of the 1990s entered an era of closer cooperation, thanks to the Cross-Border Program INTERREG “Greece-Bulgaria”. The basic idea behind “INTERREG” is that countries face various issues that can be better resolved by working together with their neighbors than by remaining confined within their own borders. For this reason, the Program promotes activities that bring our peoples closer together.
EU citizens take various considerations into account when purchasing products. Product quality is the most important issue for consumers (97%), followed by product price (87%) and its environmental impact (84%).
